You may enter by visiting www.mystylemydayrunner.com and completing the Official Entry Form between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 7/1/08 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 1/31/09 ("Promotional Period"). Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, per IP address. A day is defined as starting at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on a specific calendar day and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that same day. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and all other entries received on that specific day will be disregarded. Eligible entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name or email address from which the entry is made. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that IP address becoming ineligible. MeadWestvaco Consumer & Office Products ("Sponsor") reserves the right to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes without notice if Web site becomes infected with a virus or is otherwise technically corrupted. In the event that the Sweepstakes is suspended or terminated, notice will be posted on the site. In the event of early termination, prize drawings will take place from amongst all eligible entries received prior to the Sweepstakes termination. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or incomplete transmission defaults; computer server failure; phone failure; and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by entrants via the Internet. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.

2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): Grand Prize winner will receive a Paris Vacation Package for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (who must be 21 years of age or older). Vacation Package includes round-trip air coach transportation for Grand Prize winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Paris, France; ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel and one (1) standard, double-occupancy hotel room for seven (7) nights (hotel to be selected by Sponsor). Grand Prize winner will receive $1,500 to be used towards spending money in addition to $3,899.78 (an amount approximately equal to the taxes due on the Grand Prize, calculated at an assumed tax rate of 28%). Monetary amounts will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for securing any and all required documentation for international travel including, but not limited to, a valid passport. (Approximate Retail Value: $13,928; Actual Retail Value of prize may vary depending upon the city of departure). FIRST PRIZES (5): Each First Prize winner will receive a New York City Vacation Package for First Prize winner and his/her guest (who must be 21 years of age or older). Vacation Package includes round-trip air coach transportation for winner and guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to a New York metro area airport (if the winner lives within 250 miles of the New York city, ground transportation will be substituted); ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel; one (1) standard, double-occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights (hotel to be selected by Sponsor) and two (2) $350 gift certificates to the John Barrett Salon (or a comparable Salon chosen by Sponsor in the event the John Barrett Salon becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances). Each First Prize winner will receive $300 to be used towards spending money in addition to $849.33 (an amount approximately equal to the taxes due on the First Prize, calculated at an assumed tax rate of 28%.) Monetary amounts will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the First Prize winner. (Approximate Retail Value: $3,034 per winner; Actual Retail Value of prize may vary depending upon the city of departure). SECOND PRIZES (20): Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) Day Runner Planner Set (to be selected by Sponsor). (Approximate Retail Value is $30 per winner). THIRD PRIZES (100): Each Third Prize winner will receive one (1) $10 Starbucks Gift Card. Gift cards are subject to state and federal regulations. Certain restrictions may apply. (Actual Retail Value is $10 per winner).

GRAND AND FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: Sponsor is not responsible for flight cancellation or postponement or weather conditions. Any expenses not expressly stated herein, including meals and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner. While no part of these prizes includes alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages may otherwise be available. Grand and First Prize winners and their guests are solely responsible for their own conduct while accepting their Prize including without limitation the consumption of alcoholic beverages, if any, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Grand and First Prize winners and their guests must travel on same itinerary and must be able to travel between 4/30/09–12/31/09. If any Grand or First Prize winner and his/her guest cannot travel on those dates, prize will be forfeited and alternate winner will be selected, if feasible.

ALL PRIZEWINNERS: Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to any prize. The cash equivalent of any portion of prize is not permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will report value of prize as required by law. Any difference between Approximate Retail Value and Actual Value of Prize will not be awarded. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES IS $30,698. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Promotional Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person, household or address.

3. DRAWING: Potential prizewinners will be randomly selected on or about 2/5/09 from among all valid entries received by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Each potential prizewinner will be notified via mail within two (2) weeks of the drawing. Upon winner verification, please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for the travel arrangements for the Grand and First Prizes. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipment of the Second and Third Prizes. In the event of a potential winner’s disqualification for any reason, Sponsor will award the corresponding prize to an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded assuming the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available.

4. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older and who have Internet Access as of 7/1/08. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Sponsor and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and their affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel Release. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older and must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release. The Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and Travel Release must be returned within ten (10) days of notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. No transfer, assignment or substitution of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, each prizewinner consents to the use of his/her name, photographs, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission where legal.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes.
